~*~ A Special Commission Baby Owlet ~*~
I'm very excited to introduce Nascha - a baby owl - to you!
Many, many hours went into this baby baby owl. Nascha was so much fun to create and photograph - I hope you love her as much as I do!
Nascha is a one of a kind artist baby owl completely designed and handsewn (no machine work) by me, Melisa Nichols. She is very detailed and as such she is her own unique individual and can not be duplicated ~ a true one of a kind.
Nascha is made from wonderfully soft & warm recycled blond muskrat fur. She is so touchable!
Nascha is such a sweet baby owl, poseable, and full of personality, that you'll have a hard time putting her down!

Nascha has a lot of detail in her sweet little face. She has premium black glass eyes which are so dark & soulful. She has moveable eyelids (fabric). Her eyelids can be posed from wide open to almost fully closed- so she can be wide awake or asleep.
Her body (including wings and legs) is wired for posing. Her head is jointed so it can turn fully around.
Nascha has individually carved beak & claws. I carved them from moose antler that we found while hiking. It took quite a bit of time to carve them, but they are very unique and are much more durable than polymer clay claws.
Nascha is completely handsewn and filled with polyfill and an extra portion of cuddles. Nascha can pose in almost any way a real baby owl can. She is so fun to pose!
Nascha sits at 3 ½“.
Nascha will arrive gift boxed with a signed and laminated tag (this tag has her birthdate as well as a small picture of her). She is a collectable baby owlet made for display only - not suitable for children due to small parts.
